NJSOPHE history: Tiffany joined NJSOPHE and the board in 2017, after moving to New Jersey from Virginia. She served as the communications coordinator from 2018-2020. She has also been involved with national SOPHE in the past.
Bio: Tiffany works with multiple clients as an independent health educator. Her roles include grant coach with the New Jersey Healthy Communities Network, project coordinator for an RWJF community health grant, and health educator for a local health department. Previously, she coordinated obesity prevention work at a regional health department in Virginia. Her passion for health education developed while earning her MPH at UC Berkeley, and during an internship at CDC designing educational materials. She has also worked in student health at Berkeley, and in patient education at Kaiser Permanente.
