Krista Reale, MA, CHES
NJ SOPHE History: Krista has been a member of NJ SOPHE since 2017. She has been a member of the Awards and Scholarships Committee since 2018 and transitioned into the Chair position in 2019.
Bio: Krista currently works for the New Jersey Department of Health in the Communicable Disease Service. She is primarily responsible for vector-borne disease health education initiatives. Prior to joining the DOH, she worked as a health educator in hospitals focusing on school health improvement and healthcare employee wellness. Krista holds a Master of Arts degree in Health Promotion Management from Rowan University; she is a certified health education specialist and has over a decade of experience implementing, overseeing and evaluating health education and disease prevention activities.
