NCHECThe National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC) is the lead organization for the Certified Health Education Specialist/Master Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES/MCHES) exams. NCHEC representatives have presented at our conferences and are integral in connecting CHES/MCHES recipients with local SOPHE chapters and providing continuing education credits. |

Planning Healthy Communities Initiative, Rutgers University, Bloustein School of Planning and Public PolicyNJSOPHE partnered with the Rutgers Bloustein School "Planning Healthy Communities Initiative" and the health departments of four southern New Jersey counties on a 6-month project to improve health outcomes and build partnerships, using a data-driven approach. |

New Jersey Climate Adaptation AllianceNJSOPHE is a proud partner and participant in the New Jersey Climate Change and Public Health Workgroup. Center for Science in the Public InterestIn 2017, NJSOPHE took the "Healthy Meeting Pledge" which states that our organization commits to having healthy options at meetings and conferences. This now includes a guided walk or stretch, healthier beverage and food alternatives, recycling, and going paperless when possible, at all of our conferences and meetings. |
