Mental Health Impacts: Professionally and Personally

Join NJ SOPHE for our first ever VIRTUAL Mid-Year Program Series. During these unprecedented times, like you, we are trying to navigate our new normal. We want to provide valuable information that will allow us all to connect with one another during this tough time.

During this session we will explore the mental health impacts of what we are all facing as well as ways to deal with trauma both professionally and personally. We will also have a group meditation/yoga/stretch at the end of the session, so be ready to get up out of your seat and start the rest of the day off right.
