How to better support our communities and ourselves

Join this session to better understand the COVID-19 impact on mental health, and learn techniques to manage difficult emotions and COVID-19 fatigue. You will gain insight to Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training and the value for health educators.

NJSOPHE will be hosting a free MHFA training in July. More details and registration link below.
