Poster session: 

Are you interested in sharing your research, program, or community initiative?

We invite health educators, public health professionals, and students to submit a poster highlighting a completed health education campaign, program, research project, or community initiative.

Health Education Showcase: This year’s Poster Session will place a special spotlight on health education in action. Health educators are encouraged to showcase campaigns and initiatives they have developed or implemented, highlighting creative strategies, community engagement, lessons learned, and impact.

Posters may showcase the development, implementation, outcomes, lessons learned, or impact of your work.

Submission Deadline: October 28, 2026

Poster Session & Health Education Showcase: November 13, 2026

Submit your abstract for the Poster Session and showcase your work to public health professionals and students from across the state.

Panel Discussion
Exploring how public health evidence informs policy, legislation, and advocacy and how public health professionals can engage in the policy process to advance community health.

12:10 – 12:40 p.m. — Lunch & Networking

12:40 – 1:40 p.m. — Designing Healthier Communities: Where Public Health Meets Urban Planning
Examining how the built environment, transportation, community planning, and access to resources influence health and opportunities for cross-sector collaboration.

1:40 – 2:05 p.m. — Poster Session & Health Education Showcase
Featuring health education campaigns, community programs, research, special projects, and innovative public health initiatives that demonstrate public health in action
