Hillary Saputski, CHES
NJ SOPHE History: Hillary has been a member since 2017, and was part of the program committee in 2017-2018.
Bio: Hillary is the Director of Wellness for Aetna in NJ/NY. She has worked in the industry for over 6 years. During this time she has successfully implemented multiyear wellbeing strategies and designed incentive plans and programs targeted to increase employee engagement and improve health behaviors. Prior to Aetna and workplace wellness, Hillary developed health and nutrition education programming for a Cardiac Rehabilitation program, facilitated a community health needs assessment (CHNA) for a community hospital, and led health education programming for a nonprofit summer youth program in Pittsburgh.
Hillary earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University Of Pittsburgh Graduate School Of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Allegheny College and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). In her free time, Hillary teaches barre fitness classes at Pure Barre and coaches Girls on the Run.
