Kimberly Pierre
NJSOPHE History: Bio: Kimberly is a public health professional with expertise in health promotion, community outreach, health education, and research. She is a first-generation college graduate determined to improve the health of marginalized communities. She works for the Irvington Health Department, conducting vulnerable population need assessments to identify and describe at-risk populations, ensure appropriate social support linkages are made, regularly monitors COVID-19-related and infectious disease data, and implements innovative programming workshops and mobile clinics to improve the quality of life for community residents. In addition, Kimberly is also a public health consultant providing program evaluation services, a doula, and an adjunct professor for Montclair State University. She holds her MPH from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Montclair State University. |
